Needed to build my vehicle EDC for the extra family car we just bought. Seems like I'm ready if I need to warn cars when I'm stuck on the side of the road. Deducted one star as it is sold as a 'kit' meaning it must have everything to be 'always ready' but the green light comes on without batteries. Other emergency items sold for vehicles from other suppliers include a manual crank or sealed batteries to survive in the vehicle during summer/winter weather. I would recommend Always-Prepared to at least consider a starter set of batteries, even if it's just a principle.
