I'm definitely not new to hard work as an athlete, but as I make the switch to weightlifting I'm learning more about different supplements and how they can help me. . Someone advised me to add BCAAs to my day. After doing my research, I found that Branched Chain Amino Acids are crucial for muscle recovery, not only post-workout, but also during the day when your muscles are recovering. That sounds like a win to me, so I tried different brands and came across Genius BCAA. I really like Genius brand supplements in general because they fit the way I try to live my life - high quality, all natural, raw ingredients. I just won't put high performance foods in my body that I don't know how to avoid. It doesn't make any sense to me. I'm trying to raise my 3 daughters as cleanly as possible and I don't want them to see me supplementing my exercise with anything else - it's not the best way to teach them a healthy lifestyle. The Genius brand products that I have tried have helped me with this. I used Genius BCAA for about a month and was immediately shocked by the results. I didn't know what to expect because I'm familiar with supplements and don't have anything that compares. I was advised to use BCAAs while exercising. What I've noticed: * Improved Focus - I train very early in the morning and find that I'm gaining more strength, being able to work and staying in my zone mentally. * High Energy - Genius BCAA contains a small amount of caffeine. But the gain isn't jittery at all, shaky. I've found extra momentum when I need to survive a hard bump or approach. This extra boost is pretty incredible as it has some stamina. * Pump - damn. It was pretty significant. I'm definitely getting an increase in max power and doing hard sets, but the pumping I'm seeing is intense. I never had an intense, long lasting pump until I added Genius BCAAs to my workout. , which means I definitely expected to be half dead later, but my muscle recovery is going amazingly well. I have tested whether or not I feel different with BCAAs during training and I see a significant difference. On days when I was really tired I would take BCAAs with Genius Pre in the mornings. when I wake up and then BCAAs when I work. Full fire then. And so far we haven't noticed any insane tremors or anything like that. I have a VERY sensitive stomach and no GI issues. This is a winning product for me. A spoon is great.
