Solid attachment of external accessories
I took my originals off because the plastic coating was peeling from the aluminum. After removing the originals I noticed a lot of aluminum corrosion. These are newly powder coated which is good. The only issue I had was with the alignment of the top bars. The long one goes forward and the short one goes backwards. In addition, only one way of attaching the top bar is very important (it is not marked, but there is a driver's side and a passenger's side and it is very important that it fits properly).
