Sharp and to the point!

We needed new meat shears, our last one was badly damaged. I had never used this brand before but the price and reviews caught my attention. The turning point for me was the blade cover, safety first. These things handle very well, have a solid stainless steel feel and a nice ergonomic grip. Before using them to cut or trim food, I used them to cut fabric. You have done an excellent job. Very easy to clean and disinfect. They also fit in the knife block with the sheath on, which is another plus for me. I would recommend and buy again. I've noticed that some people are complaining about rust. Here are some tips on how to extend the life of your scissors and how to take proper care of them. Wash with soap and hot water after each use. Be careful to reach the area between the blade and the handle. Bacteria can grow here, which can lead to food contamination. Hand dry the scissors with a clean towel immediately after washing, especially in hard-to-reach places. Even if they are made of high-quality stainless steel, oxidation occurs when exposed to moisture, which can lead to rusting. After drying, apply a small amount of edible mineral oil, focusing more on screw and hinge areas. This ensures smooth blade movement and prevents oxidation when exposed to humid air.
