I like how easy it was for me as an admin user (and not tech savvy)to use this program with my team members! The ability of all users being able access files from anywhere in our organization at any time without having them log into their own computers or devices has been great so far!! Not much yet but we are excited about what they can do now.

We have had some issues recently where one person would be working away fine then when another member comes online/on computer he cannot see those documents unless you open up each document individually which takes quite awhile if there's many people using PSS. ! So yes - very impressed by everything thusfar though nothing really bad either just minor things here &there :) Easy way share work docs between multiple ppl who may never meet face2face w other colleagues across different states etc.
