Review on ACE-904011 Custom Dial Elbow Strap, Pack of 1 by David Mcdonald

This device uses a BOA tensioning mechanism that I have on some running shoes and it works great for those applications. Forearm, the BOA device is sometimes relaxed and the pressure it is supposed to put on the tendons is completely released. I bought this and 2 other elbow units a few months ago and never tried them because the other 2 worked well and had great compression pads. Out of curiosity, I recently tried this and found a problem with it. The trick seems to be to tighten it more than 70% to prevent slipping. It's in the right place, but when you do it and it stays put, it puts targeted pressure on that area.
