I'm so happy to be on board at work.

I was at work and decided on an online shop. low and here I come across this device (I have a very old one, 10+ years ago) thought what the heck. Well I can honestly say that this is the best invention ever! This strap is perfect and my arm no longer turns purple from lack of blood flow! The best bandage for TE!

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Not everything fits

The gadget's dial has a short lifespan.

The dial didn't last long. Once it's broken, it just won't hold tight. I was hoping this would work because other styles tend to pinch the skin of my hands when I try to tighten them. Anyway it's a bit more because of the watchface which would be worth it if it worked but once the watchface stops working I can still use it but now I'm looking for a better one.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Some flaws

It depends on the function of the dial!

My doctor recommended this. It gave my tennis elbow instant relief and cleared it up in a couple of weeks. I looked/felt/sounded like a cyborg as I turned up the volume to increase the pressure, but that's a small price to pay for the relief. It's much better than the plain bandage my husband wore on his tennis elbow. Somehow this little device manages to completely isolate the muscle. Good product.

  • This is amazing
Cons

I was very skeptical but it worked for tennis elbow from fishing.

I was rather skeptical about these suspenders. About 2 months ago I started having pain in the small bone on the outside of my elbow where the tendons meet during certain movements. According to my internet diagnosis, it was tennis elbow from fishing. I had a fishing trip that I thought I would have to miss but I ordered this one and had no pain with jigging and hard hooks. I wrestled, wrestled and landed on a 50+ pound red drum with no pain.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Almost never

Sticks to shirt sleeve, backpack strap, seat belt.

It's perfectly acceptable to push where it's needed, but I think it's too complicated just to be trendy and it's coming from a total gadget geek. The handle and the little plastic wires that pull the pillow are just over the top, as mentioned. the handle loves to snag on everything that comes too close to it, either just annoyingly hooking in or annoyingly hooking in and thanks to the rubber grip edge it can also be pulled in and out. I ended up buying another brand (Venom) to replace these and

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Often shipped loose

This device uses a BOA tensioning mechanism that I have on some running shoes and it works great for those applications. Forearm, the BOA device is sometimes relaxed and the pressure it is supposed to put on the tendons is completely released. I bought this and 2 other elbow units a few months ago and never tried them because the other 2 worked well and had great compression pads. Out of curiosity, I recently tried this and found a problem with it. The trick seems to be to tighten it more than…

Back pressure pad too narrow.

Simply put, this is a well made but poorly designed product due to one problem: the main component, the back pressure pad that relieves pain, just sucks. I can only speak of golfer's elbow as I've never had tennis elbow, but from my years of golfer's elbow experience, if this pad isn't pressing on all the nerves it needs, it's nothing. The pad on this strap is too narrow. I have a Bauerfiend Epipoint that works great but is showing its age and this was supposed to replace this one but was…

Adjustable watch strap really works

I hate the way Revain groups multiple unrelated products by size or color. It's really confusing when you look at questions and reviews. You never know what they're referring to until people get this straight, so let me get this straight. I'm considering an adjustable bracelet with a dial. I don't play tennis, but I climb, scramble, and use percussion massagers (requiring a shaker thing to be held in hand). All of these things emphasize my grip. Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow are caused by…
