The device works. It's pretty hard to screw up a switch. The problem is the missing documentation. There isn't even a post in the note to tell you what to do. I'm a techie so I figured it out, but something that will tell you where the power is going and whether you need both SATA and Molex or just one. Possibly a warning not to turn off drives that are in use (should be common sense, but still).
