Like other reviewers I was very disappointed to learn that there was no way to reset the constant 'service due' reminder on the dash screen (although we did have a mechanic has already done this work). I didn't want to go to an Audi dealer (problem in itself) and pay just to have it done. This device works great. It's from China so some instructions are unclear but it works. I haven't updated the device or used it for anything else, but here's how to reset the verification time: 1. Plug it in. On our Audi Q5 2019 the connection is on the driver's side on the left above the pedals.2. Turn on the car - not a full start with the engine running, just a power on (starting without pressing the brake pedal).3. On the OBD2 box, go to "Reset Oil". "Reset Check" is on this tab.4. Select "Reset check" and select your desired service interval. click OK. It takes about 10 seconds and you're done! Turn off the car and disconnect the device. I hope this will be useful for you!
