I have a Samsung SCX-3400 Samsung printer. I took the orange cover off, there was nothing left on the sides to pull out (shrug) and then there was something calling for a pull, but before I could remove the tape this thing just fell out of the toner cover. So, anyway, I download the cartridge for 5-10 seconds and already remove the old carriage and plug in a new one. The cartridge works, but the PRINT is very weak, the toner is not distributed properly. Not sure, I checked the Samsung software and the printer says it's 82% full, no big deal, would appreciate if that worked. We almost never print on this printer. I tried to print a SOLID black image and it's still faded. Hmm. Any suggestions?** Update: So I got a new "spare" toner (thanks a lot). Problem solved, printer prints like new! I hope it stays that way. I checked this time, now it says the toner is 100% full. Hmmm. I should also mention that it had a couple of plugs that had to be pulled out on the sides, but it didn't come with any tape or anything. But whatever, it works great! Thanks again! I now have two toner cartridges, empty and 82% full. I hate to just throw them away, but if you don't need them, I guess I will.
