Nothing to say except that it works on my Samsung ML-2165W laser printer. There are no issues with this other than the paper curling at the ends and I've been told that this has something to do with the moisture in where I'm holding the printer and not the toner cartridge itself. I am very satisfied with this cartridge. Came in a black sealed bag wrapped in bubble wrap. The build quality is higher than the official Samsung cartridge. When I took 2 to compare, the EZ inks are more durable and have chrome screws all over. It fit my printer perfectly and I had no problems with lines or anything like that. Just replaced the cartridge with this one. So far it's working like a charm. Will definitely buy again. UPDATE: Several hundred pages have passed and the cartridge is leaving a blank horizontal line on the pages. I took out the cartridge and cleaned it. Now it's even worse. Easy to install, slightly lighter than the other cartridge. I don't think it's the weight of the ink, it just seems like another brand of cartridge I've had before was made out of a thicker, stronger plastic. It doesn't matter as long as it has the same amount of ink and the same print quality. Print quality looks great. I will update the rating if for some reason it empties faster than usual.

I took the orange cover off, there was nothing left on the sides to pull out (shrug) and then there was something calling for a pull, but before I could remove the tape this thing just fell out of the toner cover.
