This is an update of my previous review. toner cartridge. To our surprise, they offered a full refund and sent us new toner cartridges to replace the defective one. So I'm increasing their rating to 4 stars for their excellent customer service. I'm only deducting 1* for an initial toner cartridge failure because we understand that despite our best efforts, failures sometimes creep through. The seller went out of their way to replace the cartridge and refund the money even though the original cartridge was out of warranty. The new cartridge seems to be working fine, and now that I've gone back and looked at some of the original pages I printed with the first cartridge, I see that there were some indications that the cartridge might be defective, what I initially overlooked . There were streaks on the print that I never noticed, as well as smearing. I've printed about 30 pages with the new cartridge and I've inspected them very closely and they all look nice and crisp and clean. those streaks or spots that we got with the first toner cartridge. No one can have a 100% perfect record and mistakes slip through and we understand that. Although the first cartridge broke causing a mess we appreciate the sellers for their quick attention in fixing the problem and we wholeheartedly and will recommend them buy more cartridges from them if needed. Incidentally, the shipping was exceptionally fast, the replacement cartridges arrived within a few days of receiving the email and the refund was issued the same day. Once again we would like to thank the seller for the excellent customer service. ------ ---------Update--------We bought this toner cartridge and although it worked fine initially, it died the second time we used it. When we first got the toner cartridge, we printed about 10 pages, turned off the printer and didn't use it for about a month. When we used it again it started writing garbage. We opened the printer to take out the toner cartridge and black toner spilled all over the inside of the printer, all over my floor and all over my desk, it made an absolute impression. a terrible mess that took over an hour to clear up. Still waiting for the seller to say that
