EZ Ink . replaced a defective toner cartridge. The new cartridge works great! Every file will be printed perfectly. Thank you EZ Ink for great customer service. Defective device returned with return label attached. Revain Customer Service needs to update the EZ Ink Customer Service phone number. I have to say that the first few days of using the product were great as you can see from the original post. The printer is now blurred. Text is blurry or faded, as if toner is running out. However, when I request the printer supplies information window, it says 96% of the toner is left. I took the toner cartridge out of the printer and shook it back and forth to evenly distribute the toner. It does not work. I think I need to file a return/replacement request with Amazon or EZ Ink.************************************ *************************************************** *************************************************** ************ ************************************** Worked great on the printer. Unplugged it, replaced the old toner with a new one, plugged it back in and still works perfectly. Time will tell the number of pages.
