This is my second cartridge. I decided to return the first one because it was very easy to print. The return process was very fast and I received a new one almost the next day. Thanks seller. But I still have the same problem: the new cartridge prints very easily. For example, the person at the post office could not scan the barcode I printed out. Please explain me what I did wrong during installation or you simply have poor quality cartridges. I followed the instructions to install the cartridge. I removed the orange rings and protective cover but couldn't find the sealing tape to remove. Look for recommendations to see what can be done. Thank you!
