That does not work!

I was very happy I bought this scanner for my 3D shop and found this scanner to work great after watching the promotional video. I am having some serious problems with this scanner.1. The software freezes and freezes every time I use it. It's really annoying and wastes my time.2. The scanner doesn't capture all the details like in their commercial. not even close! it gets worse when you try to scan in color mode.
