I ordered this palette because of the great selection of powders that suit different skin tones. I was very happy to see that it didn't break when I opened it. They also left two business cards, which were in case of a breakdown of the goods and on which numbers the company could be contacted. I tried without foundation (left) and it wasn't as pigmented, but then decided to try foundation (right) to see if that would help capture some of the loose powder. As a result, it started working a little better. I have to say this product is well worth it, but if you're looking for something with more range, choose another option. I'm giving it a 5 because the item wasn't broken, arrived on time, and is also the right size (each powder is almost 2"x 2").
