The TEGE Company Must Work to Enhance the Quality of Their Customer Service

Although TEGE sells a wide variety of products for use in the great outdoors, the quality of their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had a problem with an item that I had purchased from their store, and when I sought out for support, I was given a response that was unhelpful and condescending. The individual that I dealt with did not appear to have sufficient expertise of their products, and they were unable to provide any remedies to the issue that I was having. In addition, the checkout procedure on their website was unclear, which resulted in a delivery delay for the customer's order. My unpleasant interaction with TEGE's customer service makes it impossible for me to promote their products, despite the fact that I like the company's commitment to the great outdoors.
