Review on Baking Pan Cooling Rack Set by Anthony Gutierrez

I bought this griddle frying pan primarily for frying bacon. The pan is really strong and the grate keeps the bacon from falling into the fat. I line the baking sheet with aluminum foil, which makes cleaning even easier. Bacon is nice and crispy. I loved the skillet so much I bought one for each of my two daughters (Florida and Michigan) and three granddaughters (2 from Michigan and 1 from Florida) because we all cook the bacon on top.
