The plastic doesn't fit without modification.
The diameter of the cover mechanism was either too large or not round to fit the filler neck of the IHI backhoe as advertised. I had to take a grinder and adjust the size of the lid. It seems flimsy (plastic) but I suppose it's better than nothing and keeps rain from getting into the fuel tank. Given that a new OEM cap costs over $100 I think I'll live with that and give it 2 stars.
