**Change my original rating. After I left a review, the company contacted me via email within a few days and helped me to solve the problem very quickly. Problem. They offered various options but I settled on a new device at no extra cost. They received a new one in the mail quickly and I had no problems with the new product. I appreciate the excellent customer service that makes everything right. Original Post - I have used the product 3 times and on the 4th time it literally caught fire and sparks flew out of the unit.
