Terrible. Computer and accessories

One of the two is broken, see photo, there is a solder joint in the connection - ? if previously used. The 2nd does not work, looks like a solder joint touching another, compare 2, this connection is not in the broken one. waste of money and effort. I hope Revain intervenes, but I'm waiting for an answer. There are no messages from the seller yet. I will update if that changes.
