I unfortunately bought this part and in a short period of time installed it on a running car and then I was getting all sorts of other error codes on my BMW. Thinking it might be another part I started substituting other things where the diagnostic software mentioned might be a problem with no solution. Then I even bought a replacement MAF from this supplier (Premier Gear) with a few more other error codes. After hearing that you should only buy German (Bosh) MAFs as they are very important technically advanced parts, I bought a new MAF from Bosh. After that, all bugs and crash mode issues are fixed. So learn from my mistakes and buy German parts for your German car.
