Sweet. Ease of installation.

It's cute. It works. Easy to install if you ignore the instructions. Discard 4 plastic pins. Take the larger piece and place it where you want it and mark the hole with a pencil. Cut a little bigger. Place this piece in the hole and press it together. Pre-drill 4 holes slightly smaller than the screws, fasten with 4 screws. Turn the door over, line up the smaller part with the first part, clamp it, drill these 4 holes and secure with the screws provided. Works perfectly. Door removal, cat door installation and door installation in less than 30 minutes.
