It doesn't have a flip cover or a locking feature, but other than that it's good.

I inherited the death of a cat friend. The cat was sitting in front of my computer room door, which I had to leave open. It was bad for the air conditioning in the room. Installed and now the Kat comes in and out easily and saves air.

cheap crap on cats

The two pieces are held together with small posts that snap into small holes. I spent a lot of time cutting a hole in my door only to have a piece snap off completely on one side the first time I tried to put it back together. So I had to glue the two pieces together as best I could until I ordered something more permanent.

Good idea. but. Best in Cat Doors, Fences and Steps

Cannot give an objective review, it was too small for 1 of 2 of our cats so I returned it. Looking at the instructions I would say it would be easier to put the 2 pieces together at the hole. compared to trying to align 2 drilled pin holes. There were also 2 packs of screws, I never understood what they are for. Good idea, but there are ways to make installation easier for the average person. PS: It says to use a chainsaw to cut the hole. You may want to use a more logical saw for this step…

Sweet. Ease of installation.

It's cute. It works. Easy to install if you ignore the instructions. Discard 4 plastic pins. Take the larger piece and place it where you want it and mark the hole with a pencil. Cut a little bigger. Place this piece in the hole and press it together. Pre-drill 4 holes slightly smaller than the screws, fasten with 4 screws. Turn the door over, line up the smaller part with the first part, clamp it, drill these 4 holes and secure with the screws provided. Works perfectly. Door removal, cat door…

Can be best in cats

There is no template to cut the door, which makes trial and error tedious. The instructions say to just trace the frame's inner hole, but I had to cut further to make the hole big enough to actually fit the frame. The instructions appear to have been written either by a google translator or by someone who is not good at english. It says drill holes but nowhere says what size to drill. The kit includes a set of screws that you never use. Once I manage to cut a big enough hole I think it will…
