Nice, compact and easy to use. I gifted this to my non-technical son to use in his college photography class. Portable and well stored in its small dormitory. The instruction manual is not well written. In fact, tech support suggests you haven't read the user manual. But see the user experience for yourself firsthand. The "GVM easy" app available in the Apple Store or Play Store makes light control easy. I found the GVM website noisy due to overwhelming sales traffic. The technical support office in California was very helpful in finding the right app, answering technical questions, and initial setup. This helped me avoid bad reviews and misleading information about hardware configuration issues.
