I liked the price and the ease of installation. Lots of videos. Each rack has two ends. They work in a similar way to a trailer hitch. The car's hood and body are made of two small spherical pieces whose ends overlap, allowing the joint to rotate when the hood is lifted and closed. The original ends of my 2013 Hyundai Sonata were straight and aligned with the strut body. These interchangeable stands have a slightly angled end. I thought they might be an advantage, but I felt like maybe it's not as reliable as a straight end. I started it anyway and the hood opens and closes fine.
