We love our new Swash bidet system. Installation was very easy and took less than 20 minutes. Swash does a surprisingly good job of cleaning. We had hoped so, but we doubted it would be as solid and fresh as it really is. My wife uses both the rear and front cleaning modes and she loves it. She was a little worried that the two cleaning modes will splash dirty water on the opposite side during use because she is prone to urinary tract infections. After many uses, she is satisfied that she does not have to worry. I suffer from mild hemorrhoids and really wish my butt was cleaner and less irritated than when using toilet paper. I'm happy to report that it passed my test as well. In terms of quality, this bidet is simply stunning. The only reasons why the Swash 1400 didn't get 5 stars are as follows. Programming user 1 and user 2 settings and using these settings with the remote control does not work as expected. This may be user error on our part with the instructions. But those specific instructions weren't as clear as they could be. I'll try it. Other issues include the odd steps required to turn the night light on and off. There must be a button for this function. Sometimes we want it activated; other times we don't. Otherwise absolutely no complaints against us. If you are considering this machine, we will definitely let you know. Do it. You won't regret it. The investment is worth it.
