I use it so much in my career as an Account Executive at ESI, we are able to track our work easily with this software and keep up to date which helps us be efficient when quoting clients. It would have been good if there was better version control or more customization features available but other than that i can say its easy to learn and gets results! Having everything recorded makes things easier at times of dispute etc. We also like how you can see what your clients/ prospects needs really are by looking through their quotes via Syngentica online (it shows client reviews etc), great insight into each one, no idea who they were before using them now haha!! I like that it has everything we need to keep track of our projects, from clients to costs to invoices. It even allows you to export data so if your computer crashes or gets stolen then all info can be retrieved later! The user interface could use some work - but this isn't anything new as far as software goes these days. We are able create budgets & reports quickly which helps us manage workloads more effectively (and also reduces admin time!).
