First of all, the order details were inaccurate (Sony UPB-X700 4K Blu-ray Player Ultra HD 3D HI-RES Audio Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Built-in - in the Blu-ray player). Correct Description: Sony UBP-X700 4K Blu-ray Player Ultra HD 3D HI-RES Audio Wi-Fi. This Blu-ray player is not a Bluetooth built-in Blu-ray player. I had to call Sony customer service because I couldn't get the player to work and about 30 minutes later the rep told me about the new HDMI cable that came with it. The order was defective and did not work. I had to buy a new HDMI cable and once installed the Blu-ray player worked great. I also asked a Sony customer service representative about the bluetooth option and they said that there is no such option for this player.
