To date these pans have been perfect for everything I do. I baked 3 dozen cookies at 425 degrees and the pans worked fine. Beautiful brown bottom, without burns and uneven heating. Well, as I was putting in the last batch, I heard something pop in the oven. Eve had heard that sound before. I opened the oven and immediately took out the cookies. My frying pan is cracked and deformed. Now it has cooled and is still deformed. The description literally says they are protected against deformation and guaranteed not to deform. The rest of the pans are fine. It's a shame because I bought these pans. Not at all satisfied
