Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service! I registered the product immediately. When I realized I had a problem with the pans I contacted their customer service department via Facebook chat and they sent me a replacement straight away! The service couldn't be better! The pots work as promised. No matter what I bake, nothing sticks. Excellent purchase!

DON'T BUY the best kitchen and dining items

This is terrible! I looked at so many pans and read so many reviews before deciding on this one and they were very disappointing. I was just looking for pans that wouldn't pop and twist in the oven (which, like I said, wasn't the case). Not only do they curl up in the oven, but they rust as soon as water touches them! I used to have cheap pans but none rusted! Such a mess and disappointment.

Excellent skillets. Suitable for baking pans

First, they are affordable. Non-stick, good size, dishwasher safe. They have held up well to repeated use and washing. I only use rubber spatulas when removing food from these pans. Also, I've read that lemon detergent can wear things down faster because lemon is an acid. That's why I don't use any lemon detergent when I wash these pans or our dishes. So far these pans are great. Good price and very well made.

Large skillet warped at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

I recently used a large frying pan to eat. The baking sheet was placed in an oven preheated to 400F and deformed during the 30 minute bake time. The description says it fits the 445 F and is "guaranteed NOT to wrap", which I think means "warp", but maybe they literally meant it won't "wrap" all the way ? Well I'm disappointed with what I've seen so far. The nonstick coating worked well but doesn't make up for the pan warping. Didn't use a smaller pan so don't know about that but don't expect a…

Nice pan but warped

To date these pans have been perfect for everything I do. I baked 3 dozen cookies at 425 degrees and the pans worked fine. Beautiful brown bottom, without burns and uneven heating. Well, as I was putting in the last batch, I heard something pop in the oven. Eve had heard that sound before. I opened the oven and immediately took out the cookies. My frying pan is cracked and deformed. Now it has cooled and is still deformed. The description literally says they are protected against deformation…

Scratched after first use, now rusty.

After the first batch of cookies I baked on these baking sheets, they turned discolored. Constant. No big deal, because the composition of the baking sheet isn't important. Importantly, they were good nonstick and the cookies turned out great. Now, after just a few months of use, these baking sheets are rusting under the hem where they rolled up. Apparently they are molded and then sprayed with a non-stick coating so only the visible surfaces are covered. There should be bare metal on the…

You will never buy thin pans again!

After a few years of buying cheap, flimsy baking sheets from the big department stores, I decided to go in a different direction. This is an amazing addition to my kitchen. I like the higher rim than regular pans. It seems that skillet recipes are all the rage right now, and for many of them, you need that higher edge. A word for the wise, since these pans are a bit heavier than regular department store pans, they get a lot hotter. When I first took the pan out of the oven, I felt heat through…
