Review on Nutrichef Nonstick Cookie Baking Medium by Tamara Palmer

After a few years of buying cheap, flimsy baking sheets from the big department stores, I decided to go in a different direction. This is an amazing addition to my kitchen. I like the higher rim than regular pans. It seems that skillet recipes are all the rage right now, and for many of them, you need that higher edge. A word for the wise, since these pans are a bit heavier than regular department store pans, they get a lot hotter. When I first took the pan out of the oven, I felt heat through my regular hot pads, which aren't very thick. Instead I had to use my big mittens. As for the non-stick properties, I don't know. Even with my cheap pans, I NEVER put them directly on top of them. That's the best way to ruin them. I always use either parchment paper or aluminum foil for everything.
