Works like magic best in first aid kits
I've seen terracotta discs thought to be the best solution for hard sugar. I live in Colorado, so it's very dry here. I had two cases of solid sugar. Follow the directions and place two slices in this IKEA jar that has a seal in the lid. It worked in a few hours and completely softened the sugar in 24 hours. That's great! I will buy it as a gift for chefs in the future.
