Review on ๐Ÿš€ Enhanced Performance: MOOG RK620055 Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly by Jessie Duhon

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The absence of an oiler is normal!

Wow, what a nice piece! I ordered this after replacing a ball joint in a two year old D--------- wishbone that is about 15,000 miles old. Sure, it doesn't have a grease fitting, but at least it's a well-made part, unlike the D-Word brand. The same price as the garbage chute. Of course you could pay more for the one with the grease fitting, but then you can buy 3 Moog ball joints before you've evened out the initial cost. If you have a D mark, don't kill yourself replacing the joint in it like I did, they use an oversized B joint and have no clearance for the press tool. I figured it would be a mistake to order a pair of these and tried to cancel when I realized there was no oil can. Revain went all out and canceled one of the two. Now that I have it in my hands I am ordering another one.

Pros
  • PRECISION DESIGN - Bushings optimized for quiet operation and resistance to wear, salt, road grime and oils
Cons
  • Big and bulky
