These are great. I have a bunch of resistance bands from my physical therapist but they are not nearly as sturdy. These are thick. What I like best is the little booklet with ideas for exercises. It showed me simple things I could do sitting down that are super easy and I wonder why no one showed me sooner! They have a few really great arm exercises in the book. These are great for working out arms sitting down if you are less mobile like me. Also, the stronger bands are great for working out legs/thighs. I am really enjoying these so far.
