If you don't expect too much from this product you won't be disappointed. The device is a combination of a selfie stick, a light ring and a tripod, which is quite handy. Unfortunately, the product is positioned as cheap and flimsy. The entire leg assembly is made from fairly flimsy plastic so care must be taken not to break them. The device is not very stable. In tripod mode, with the joystick extended, the phone attached, and even the phone holder slightly tilted down, it can easily tip over. I've found that the only stability I can get is when the tripod is folded and the phone is directly over one of the tripod's legs. If the phone is between two legs, the stability is less. In selfie stick mode, I have the uncomfortable feeling that my phone is hanging on the end of the stick. It can actually be strong, but I won't use it with the stick extended too far. There are multiple redemption features of this device. The rechargeable light ring is decent enough for a mini light ring. Has three levels of brightness. I like the included bluetooth camera remote with an extra battery. Once paired with a mobile device, it can trigger the camera shutter or toggle video recording on and off. The remote works well and since it can be used independently of the selfie stick it has an added benefit. Apart from a little guide on how to use the remote control, there is no guide on how to use the selfie stick. I looked through the listing to find that the phone holder can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing for more precise positioning than was possible prior to this discovery. I also thought the remote was not included as there was no manual stating that the tripod had a built in mount for the remote.
