Fantastic computers and accessories

I used this product on my new 2020 iPad Air 4th Gen. I love it. Is this case suitable for Apple Pencil because I received this case and I like it but after a few days it doesn't allow Bluetooth to find my device which is my Apple Pencil. He worked a day or two and then started working when he wanted and now he doesn't even show my pencil.
