Adapter ID everywhere. The AN-6 fittings are drilled to look like the AN-3 ID, but the OD is correct. I suspect someone at the factory missed the drilling process. This can cause major problems so I would advise anyone who needs to maintain specific flow characteristics to check all sizes on the fittings or use their own ORB -> AN adapters. The overall design, except for the adapters, looks reasonable. The holder they sell with it completely covers the flow direction arrow. Time will tell how it will behave.
