I liked Haakaa so much I bought both the 5 oz and 4 oz sizes. I found the 4 ounce size easier to use - the 5 ounce model's silicone is a bit thicker, making it difficult to suck properly. At first I thought getting 0.5 to 1 ounce more with each use was silly - I didn't realize how much it adds and how beneficial it is to get that extra milk without hooking up my breasts to an electric breast pump to have to. I don't know if I can use it instead of a breast pump but it does a great job of collecting extra milk throughout the day. It takes practice to get the fit and suction right and after 2.5 months I don't always feel consistent in my Haakaa skills or results but it has been incredibly helpful.
