I like that it allows me access from anywhere as long as i have internet connection - we are able save our data locally rather than connecting via cloud which was not accessible during power cuts! Not being limited when uploading images etc. Sometimes can be slow if there's too many customers accessing at once but otherwise nothing really bad about this programme so far! We mainly use here just basic ticketing options such us printing out eTickets or sending emails instead of using all its capabilities however has been very useful since most other programs would ask quite high fees per transaction while deriver costs around £3-$4.
