I bought this humidifier for our small spare room and on the first day of use it stopped working after a few minutes. There is a problem with the water flow from the tank to the ultrasonic driver and when the water level drops, water does not flow over the driver to fill up, the red LED does not go out to indicate that there is no water and the device shuts down. If you move it and the water flows down, the LED indicator will turn green and the device will turn on again. Obviously, this is something you can't do every 30 minutes, especially at night when you're trying to get a good night's sleep. I am reporting this to the seller and hoping for an RMA and refund but it got even better. Instead, the seller promised me a full refund and won't even return the (unusable) humidifier. I wish this humidifier was as good as the seller. This would be the best humidifier out there, but given its performance, I can't recommend it. But the seller gets a star!
