I received the product and it matches the description so there is no problem. A card was also included that allows you to extend the warranty if you register the product with the company. After reading all the instructions, I placed the receivers on the collars and started the pairing process. Both the transmitter and one of the receivers were fully charged upon arrival. The second receiver I thought was just a dead battery. When I plugged it in to charge, the dead receiver didn't beep or turn on the LED to indicate charging, unlike a fully charged receiver. I let it charge for several hours and it still wouldn't turn on. I went online and filled out the registration information. As part of this process, the seller will ask if there have been any problems. I answered and told them one block wasn't working. A few minutes later I received an email reply thanking you for registering the product, but I could not solve my problem. I have sent a reply email asking how we can exchange a receiver to fix a faulty product and have not yet received a reply. I don't want to return both receivers as I have a dog that really needs an e-collar to start training. The other dog is a bit older and I just need it to reinforce some of the basic commands he now has selective hearing with. I will update my review if and when the company gets it right.
