This is obviously an old product that has just been idle or stored in a damp room. Got it opened for use and you can't get the powder. I finally got a wooden stick to loosen it and was able to pull out enough to clean what I bought this cleaner for. I should have put the sticker back on and sent it back, but I didn't.
