These bulbs do have a tiny bit of flicker in my car--nothing like the strobing shown by someone else; this is quite subtle and likely unnoticeable to other drivers.I also found that these work perfectly as intended for an H7 bulb, which in my car is used as a daytime running light (DRL) and is also used for flashing the brights for other drivers who forget to dim.These are WAY brighter than the original halogens and a pure white daytime color.
