I bought this because of the color and temperature sensor and thought the thin goose nose would come in handy. I was wrong. Most of the time it comes out of the water and I don't know how to get there to clean it (the bottle brush obviously doesn't fit). We have hard water so it won't be long. It also drips out from under the lid. I know kettles float but this collects condensation around the outer top of the lid and gauge and has to be held down when I pour it so I burned myself a couple of times. Maybe I got a bad one, idk, but I wouldn't buy it again. I would take the normal one
