Updated Rating 01/16/20This device has stopped working. It turns on but won't connect to any of my smart devices, rendering it unusable. I reset it, deleted and re-downloaded the app and everything else I googled. I spoke to support and they didn't offer any advice, assistance or refunds other than the troubleshooting I did online. I want to return the money! I've only used this machine twice and printed two nondescript images - such a farce. Easy to use, great concept, but worthless if the printed images don't look exactly like the pictures. Really bad picture quality.
