They get stuck in my throat and almost kill me
These are giant oblong pills and although they say they are coated they are not slippery. Sometimes they get stuck in my throat and instead of making me panic, I take large gulps of water to swallow them. I'm used to taking fairly large handfuls of mixed supplements, but this is one that doesn't slip with the rest. It's dangerous to be alone. I have to cut them into smaller pieces and then they don't break easily either because they are sharp and dry. I will no longer buy from this brand. I think they work well enough, it's hard to say.
