The dashboard is very well organized for our managers who are in charge of each operation at different locations! We can see all reports about performance from anywhere where we have an internet connection (office or home). It's super easy to use even if you don't know how it exactly works inside because there aren’t any buttons that could be misused by someone not experienced with this software tool but just looking around its interface may give some hints so anyone will get used quickly enough!! I'd like more specific filters when viewing data within certain periods. Also would love additional functions such as being able to add/delete customers directly through their profiles instead only via emails sent manually. Reporting periodicity should also improve since sometimes i'm unable to view past months' reportings due to time lag between reporting dates which makes me lose valuable insight into my.
