Overall I'm impressed with how smart it is but it has enough issues that I'm returning it. Pros: * Follows an intelligent path for even floor coverage * Cleans hard floors well * Gets into corners and edges well Cons: * A bit noisy. Advertised at 58dB which I checked with the phone app. He also tends to bang loudly and repeatedly against any object. * The sensors don't seem to be very good at detecting objects, so it basically just uses the bumper to detect objects (more noise) * The app requires an inordinate amount of permissions - all files, contacts, etc. that I don't want to give these permissions so the app won't start at all, making it unusable for me. * Poor cleaning of carpets * Problems transitioning to carpets from a hard floor. It tends to curl the edges of the rug. UPDATE (03/15/20) The manufacturer has contacted me several times asking me to remove this 'negative' review. They claim to fix the sensor problem so I have to remove the review. They offer a refund in exchange for a review update. This manufacturer clearly does not adhere to the recall system. They're trying to buy reviews. These messages, too, were clearly mass-produced. They only ever focus on my complaint about the sensors and never mention any of the other issues I mention here. Sometimes they also email me in German (which I don't speak). Lowering my rating from 3 to 2 stars.
