Good customer service - even after hours

I enjoyed having an agent available for my clients who were experiencing issues or needed immediate assistance. It was easy to set up, easy to use, and most importantly, the agents that we had access to were very knowledgeable. The only time that I used this program was when there were some issues with our computer system. I don't believe it was the software's fault, but rather the internet connection. I am sure if you have a good internet connection, then this would be great. I wish that they would make it easier to transfer calls from one call center to another. Also, I wish that it would allow me to transfer multiple calls at once. This was helpful since sometimes I need to transfer calls for different clients.
